Roseburg improving pavement on two streets

The project is expected to be completed by mid-October.

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The City of Roseburg Public Works Department will be rehabilitating pavement on two streets.

Officials said the project will involve NE Winchester Street from NE Stephens Street to NE Diamond Lake Boulevard and NE Beulah Avenue from NE Central Avenue to its end.

The work will include new Americans with Disabilities Act ramp improvements along Winchester Street. 

The project is expected to be completed by mid-October.

During the work, there will be traffic impacts, and certain sections of road will be closed for a time. Drivers should use other routes and use caution when in the area.
