ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A man was arrested by Roseburg police after a short pursuit on Tuesday.

Police said Andrew McNeil, 28, of Roseburg left his vehicle at the top of Mercy Hills Drive and ran through the neighborhood near Broad Street.
