CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Oregon Senator Ron Wyden is hosting a town hall meeting Friday, Oct. 12, in Corvallis.
Senator Wyden said he will "throw open the doors of the government" at a time when there's so much public interest in the Supreme Court and Washington, D.C.
This will be Senator Wyden’s 905th meeting since he took office.
At these town hall meetings, Senator Wyden doesn't give speeches. Senator Wyden is expected to listen to the public's concerns and answer questions. It's part of a promise he made to visit each county in the state at least once a year.
Friday's town hall will be held at the Crescent Valley High School auditorium at 1:30 p.m.
