SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – The suspect in a triple-shooting in Springfield that left one man dead has been arraigned on a murder charge.
Jordan Ledbetter, 23, appeared in court Tuesday afternoon. He did not enter a plea, and is expected back in court on Jan. 23.

Police said Ledbetter shot Garrett Charles Petersen, 24, during a birthday party at the suspect’s apartment on Saturday. He later died at the hospital.
Officers said Darin Havens, 21, and Jesse Able, 22, were also shot. They are now both out of the hospital.
