A weak disturbance will bring the clouds back the region on Wednesday. This disturbance is part of a trough exiting the Aleutians into the Gulf of Alaska. While showers will stay to the north, clouds and more onshore flow will warm temperatures into the low 50s.

A mid-latitude cyclone will move around the Pacific Northwest bringing rain and mountain snow on Thursday. This will be the start of a more wet pattern that will continue through the weekend. This system will also be cooler in nature, dropping snow levels to between 2,000 and 3,500 feet. That means the passes will likely have snow impacting travel. Rain will become more showery on Friday.

The next storm system will arrive on Saturday and will continue to bring showers throughout the weekend. Sunday showers will be mainly focused to the north.
