The cold will continue Tuesday night into Wednesday with record lows possible. Expect temperatures in the upper teens and low 20s for the Valleys and 20s and 30s at the Coast. This will be due to the dry air mass bringing clear skies and with winds decreasing overnight, radiational cooling will take effect.

This pattern is expected to continue this week with cold nights and sunny, cool days. There will be a slow warming trend into the weekend, closer to seasonal highs. Normal temperature for the day is 59 degrees. Models are not showing any big changes in this pattern during the next 8 to 14 days.
