UPDATE: Eugene Police have arrested two men after a woman was shot.
Around 12:14 a.m. Saturday, police received to a call about a large group fighting and gunshots. Officers were at a nearby party and quickly went to the scene.
An 18-year old woman, unrelated to the group, was driving in that area when she was hit by a stray bullet.
Eugene Police arrested 20-year-old Christopher Tyreek Alexander, of Portland, at the scene. He has been charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Interfering, and Theft.
A second Portland man, Dylan Robert Brown,19, was located by University of Oregon Police at a cemetery located at 18th and University. He was charged with Trespass with a Firearm and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
Rana Koussa, a University of Oregon student who lives nearby, said she heard four gunshots around midnight on Saturday.
Koussa said she anxiously texted her friends to ask if they were okay.
"I'm just kind of over it with all the stories that have been going on lately," she said. "It's just one thing after another and you hear these stories in L.A. and now here where you go to school where you should feel safe."
Right now, it's unclear why the men were in the Eugene area.

EUGENE, Ore. – One person was arrested after a woman was shot and injured.
Police received reports of an altercation and gunshots on 17th and Ferry in Eugene around midnight Saturday morning.
Police said the suspect shot at the woman’s vehicle. The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
