LINN COUNTY, Ore. -- Two men have been arrested after allegedly shooting through a building during a burglary in Linn County early Wednesday morning.
Authorities received reports of an alarm at Sunbelt Rentals in the 900 block of NE Old Salem Avenue in Millersburg. Linn County deputies and the Albany Police Department responded to the area and said they witnessed Woody Taylor, 23, and Anthony Rodrigues, 22, in a U-Haul truck leaving the property.
Taylor and Rodrigues were arrested after authorities said they discovered the pair shot through the Sunbelt building window, breaking it out. They then reportedly loaded numerous tools and computer equipment in the U-Haul before driving away from the area.
The tools and equipment were valued at more than $10,000.
Taylor and Rodrigues were booked into the Linn County Jail and face charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine, first-degree burglary, possession and delivery of heroin, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, aggravated theft, and felon in possession of a weapon.
