Winco Foods formally submits application for new building

Planners with the city now have 30 days to decide if the company's application is complete. If it is, then a decision must be made within 45 days.

EUGENE, Ore. --- Winco Foods has formally submitted an application to turn the vacant Shopko building in North Eugene into a grocery store.

Planners with the city now have 30 days to decide if the company's application is complete. If it is, then a decision must be made within 45 days. 

There's also a 13-day window when residents can appeal any decision. 

The company also completed a traffic impact analysis that was submitted to public works.
