Beavers win third straight game

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- Oregon State women's basketball won its third straight game after defeating Utah on Sunday, 84-74.

OSU led by 16 points going into the fourth quarter before holding off the Utes in the winning effort.

Oregon State senior guard Aleah Goodman led the way with a game-high 21 points.

This comes after Goodman surpassed the 1,000-career point threshold in OSU's win over Colorado on Friday.

OSU freshman guard Sasha Goforth also impressed on her birthday.

Goforth recorded 16 points in 10 rebounds the win.

The Beavers improve to 6-5 overall and 4-5 in conference play.

Oregon State is scheduled to host No. 10 Arizona on Friday in Corvallis.

Tip off is set for 4 P.M.
