EUGENE, Ore. -- Oregon football was rather quiet on singing day. However, the Ducks introduced new offensive coordinator Joe Moorhead.
Moorhead was previously the head coach of Mississippi State and offensive coordinator at Penn State.
This comes after the departure of former offensive coordinator Marcus Arroyo, who accepted the head coaching position at UNLV.
It's been just over two weeks since the Ducks announced the signing of Moorhead, which hasn't given the team much time to talk offensive strategy.
"I think there's a bunch of guys in there that are very smart, very experienced, and have a bunch of good ideas," Moorhead said. "So right now we're in a process of going through all the Oregon calls from last year, seeing what we liked, seeing what fits, and we'll go through the Penn State, Mississippi State stuff. Then try to, you know, combine all those great ideas, and certainly pistol is part of the discussion."
Oregon's spring game will be at 2 p.m. on April 18 at Autzen Stadium.
