Corvallis, OR. -- The Oregon State men’s basketball team dropped a close conference game to Arizona State, 71-74. Stephen Thompson Jr. and Gligorije Rackocevic played their final regular season game in Gill Coliseum and both were honored on senior day in front of a loyal crowd of Beaver fans.

What is probably the most disappointing is that OSU’s last three losses have been by a combined six points.

“We had this game. Credit to them for making the plays down the stretch. But we've got to find a way to eliminate those errors that we make,” said OSU head coach Wayne Tinkle. “We've been really good in under five minutes but the last couple games when we went away from the things and made some bad decisions on both ends, it's cost us. We've got to correct those moving forward so it doesn't happen again."

The Beavers travel up north for their final two regular season games, beginning with the Washington Huskies on Wednesday night at 7:00.
