Jaewon Jung is a weekend anchor and weekday news reporter, joining the KEZI 9 News team in January 2021.

Jaewon comes from southern California, where she graduated with a bachelor's in Cinema & Television Arts from California State University in Fullerton in 2017. Jaewon also holds a master's degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California, graduating in 2020.

Jaewon fell in love with journalism through her school's television station, USC's Annenberg TV News. She has also interned at the Newport Beach Film Festival, where she wrote articles about films and handled event promotion.

Jaewon is excited to be in western Oregon and to tell the important news stories happening here each day. When she isn't reporting, Jaewon likes to play with her dog, Latte, and find the best coffee spots in town.
