now to a crime alert... we are getting a first look at the man arrested after police say he refused to leave a hotel's hot tub, and then got into an fight with the police officers who asked him to leave. this happened saturday morning in downtown eugene, when police were called to campus inn. william john amos, was unknown to management there, was relaxing in the tub. police say he refused to leave or give his name. amos eventually got out, but they say he then fought with officers even reacing for one of their handguns. after using a taser and pepper spray...police were able to take him into custody. he is being charged with resisting arrest and
