* WAVES AND SURF...West-southwest swell combined with a south wind wave will produce waves near 25 feet along the central Oregon beaches. Breaker heights up to 30 feet are possible.

* TIMING...Waves above 20 feet look to develop for the central Oregon beaches around 10am Thursday. Peak wave heights are expected to be late Thursday afternoon through the evening hours. This will create dangerous surf conditions from Thursday morning through Friday morning.
