Turning dry Friday with a pleasant weekend ahead

Good evening,

There will be some areas of patchy fog Friday morning, but the fog will clear and the weather will be pleasant in the afternoon.

High pressure builds in tomorrow, which means the air mass will be stagnant, therefore, an Air Stagnation Advisory has been issued until noon Monday.

Air quality will likely be poorest across the Umpqua Basin.

High pressure remains in control next week, and as a result, the pattern will remain dry. Some forecast models show and upper-level low pushing in next week, but it'll be tough to get rain on the valley floor based off the dry air that will be in place.
